Our very own, amazing double chocolate chip cookie with walnuts
*Our cornerstone cookie has welcomed cabin guests at The Kickapoo Valley Ranch in Southwestern Wisconsin for over a decade. This cookie's popularity grew along with our lodging business and is the reason that Cowboy David's Cookies are now available to the general public. We've lavished this cookie with the most generous portions of two kinds of chocolate chips, with chunky walnuts and a whole lotta attitude! To know this cookie is to know what heaven is really all about!

This time, we've taken our cornerstone cookie and pulled out the milk & white chocolate chips. We've replaced them with rich, high-end, dark chocolate chips and semi-sweet chunks! And you will still find an abundance of walnuts. A whole new kind of heaven!!!

Peanut butter salted caramel toffee
*A classic fork-pressed peanut butter cookie given the Cowboy David treatment!
We've added extra chocolate and toffee bits throughout and topped it off with a soft caramel that melts gloriously and then given it a sprinkle of sea salt. Nostalgic, but over-the-top for sure!

Spiced pumpkin cranberry pecan
*Fall flavors, creatively combined!
We start this cookie with a soft, spiced pumpkin cookie base and add the tangy twist of cranberries. Pecan pieces are prevalent throughout. We then finish it off with a perfect pecan half and a sprinkle of course ground Turbinado sugar. Autumnal joy!

We figured LET'S INCLUDE BOTH!!! It's a unique and nutty combination that go great with semi-sweet chocolate and delightful mini-marshmallows.

Smoked sea salt dark chocolate chip pistachio cookie
*As "foodie" as a cookie can get! This one is completely over the top! We start with our classic chocolate chip cookie dough and pack in tons of super dark, gourmet chocolate chips and semi-sweet chocolate chunks. Then we add in a generous helping of coconut and rough crushed pistachios. What really takes it over the top are the unique spices - cardamom, ground mace, and a generous sprinkle of smoked sea salt. To finish it all off we dip it in dark chocolate and add a garnish of pistachios and that incredible sea salt.
This cookie is absolutely an event!!!
